  1. Okay, I went in shade settings and turn every light bulb on from every direction. Set them as bright as they would go. Still dark on top of the part in verify. Any other suggestions?
  2. I've already tried that with no success. I do parts like this all the time. I actually noticed it a couple of version ago. It's more of a nuisance than anything. I've talk to the dealer and he said he had trouble with it too. I've been using MC since version 5. When you shade a part it's not a problem, it's only when you’re in verify. I'll try poking around with the shade settings some more. Have you had this problem? Thanks Rex
  3. Is there anyway to adjust the light source in verify? When I verify my parts they are dark (in the shade). I'm using a vertical spindle machine and the WCS is at the pivot point of the tilt and center of the 4th axis. The part may be 8+ inches from Z0, where the light source seems to be coming from. Other people have told me they have this same problem on horizontal machines.
