How to cut profile on od ( cad question )

Haven't done yet only made drawing what I posted. I need to know how to cut this on od may be using sweep or extrude not sure.. -

thanks for your suggestion so far my knowledge says I can draw od & revolve to make it solid but do not know how to cut blades after that

hello everyone Trying to cut helix profile on OD, can t do it . looking for any suggestions. if it was straight cut then I can cut on sweep option now I do no know how to cut on an angle on OD. Attached part

Hello I have same issue when i draw toolpath it only runs on too diameter when o select first & last entity but my part have undercut profile in the middle it does not cut in middle . Any help Regrads Sunny

Hello I try to create a ring . I created half cut section as in attachment but i want to make a shape the way its going to look . I try to revolve but after selecting section it ask me line of axis where to revolve i want around origin. Any help Regards Sunny

how to transfer geometry from top plane to front plane , i have created geometry in top plane but i suppose to do this on front plane. any suggestions.
