I'm programming a 4 Axis tool path in a cavity block that has 24 lifts in it. All the lifts are 60 degrees apart. So i chained all of them in sequence. Once i chained the first one I then used Transform rotate to program the next ones . after all the programs were wrote I then back plotted it and they look good. so I then used Verify and it throws up error codes and the upper guide looks like its digging into the part. Has any one used Transform rotate and would it be causing the problem.

Mitsubishi FA20S. I was just wanting to know if it is possible in a 4Axis path

Mitsubishi FA20S i m the only one who runs the machine and there is 4 holes in the cavity that away it can burn when i leave

Can i leave a tab on the cores i have a program wrote using the top and bottom holes

New to forum and 4 Axis tool paths i have some compound angle holes to wire out of a cavity not sure where to begin please give me some advice
