  10. Hi when working with surface rough pocket , in cut depth , when using absolute ,the minimum depth is in top .in plane manager i have maked the top of stock as my z zero so i should have minimum depth zero, maximum depth -20 but the tool path is below the part,. to fix that i have to take minimum depth 20 and max depth zero mastercam still work with an other plane manager and outputs g code with wrong cordinates how can i fix that

IN MY FANUC cnc , i can run program in DNC mode and automatic mode does any one know the difference between them ? and when using it They told me program in automatic mode is registred in the machine memory and you can make changes in it however , program in dnc mode is read from the computer and you can not make changes in the program, also it is used for long program

  14. hi i have a problem when running a canned cycle in mastercam G71 or G72 our fanuc oi lathe make an error with G42 , G41 when i analyse the program , i notice that radius compensation is inside the canned cycle. when programming manually i always put the g42 ang G40 outside the canned cycle how can i repair that . is there a solution to output the canned cycle with compensation putside the canned bloc? other question if i have to work with radius compensation shoul i put the radius in geometry offset , or in both geometriy offset and wear offset? when working with wear , shoul i put the radius in geometry offset and wear offset or put zero pleaze i need your help
  15. thanks even in g code there is an error with widh we used to program manually with canned cycle and g41 g42, we dont use wear so the best solution is computer or wear ?? in configuration i have found wire backplot compensation and it is checked how can i fix that
