using cuttercomp wear and lead in

I am posting to a Matsura mill with a Yasnac controller. When I cut a boss or a bore with a contour it cuts it .01 under on one Quadrant. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem. When i do a circle mill it will cut round if i uncheck start at center. I was thinking it might be the post I am using>thx
