  1. Colin, you were correct. Before I saw your last post, I had corresponded with my re seller and was told that the default processor I was using was overriding my rotary feed rate options. So even though I changed them to unit/min, it was still posting degrees per minute. He went in via remote control and edited my post and the problem is solved. Also, do you still teach post processor editing classes? I don't want to have to ask for help every time I have a minor issue with my processors. My company won't invest in professionally developed processors, so I'll probably be doing quite a bit of editing in the future. Thank you everyone for help with this issue! P.S. I am only allowed to make three posts per day. Is this a normal regulation for all users? Can I get around this somehow?
  2. Yeah, those are the same. I changed the retract rate to be the same as well (just to see), and it was the same. I've read on other forums that it has to do with the rotary feed options, but I simply cannot get it to pump out correctly. I am sure it's one incorrect/omitted click or something. Here is a snip it of what the code is looking like.
  3. Yes, I did have that checked. I just unchecked it and posted, and the feed rates were still there.
  4. I am attempting to helical interpolate a bore with live tooling using C & X (I do not have a Y axis available). I have tried using contour ramp and helix bore to achieve this, and creating the toolpath is no problem. I have even run the path in the machine to find that it works. However, rather than a constant specified feed rate, the code posts hundreds of different feed rates, occurring every couple lines. I have tried changing my rotary feed settings in my machine definition from inverse to unit/min to no avail. If anyone could help me to post helical interpolation with a constant feed rate that would be great. Thanks.
