Im cutting some exterier arches that when assembled will appear to be six inches wide. I plan to cut mirrored arches with a shallow dado/rabit around the arch that will hold the flat part to my arched box.
I don't have a coolant set up and would prefer not to get into that if possable.
I want to do a job using sheets of PVC material and wondered if anyone could share any advice. I'm looking for witch tool to use, feeds and speeds, and wilie im asking is there a suggested way to fuse the pieces together

Is the idea to break the geometry at every point so that it can be seperated. I ask this because im looking at it as if i were trying to break away each of the 5x5 squares. hope someone understands
