Hi 1 Please ! some one tell me Is there any way the leter I and J to R (radius) ? Any time when I posted G02 or G03 on mill mode MC 9 gave me the leter I and J instead R for the size of radius . If I have .5 radius , after post mc 9 gave I0 ,J.5 , OR I-.5 , J0 Most recently machine used letter R ( for radius) How can I change it ? any help will be great of my appreciation .

Please! some one helps me how to post the bore caned cycle G85 or G86 , G88, G99 I have MC9.1 mill level 1. and I have seveal holes bore on mill machine , and I want to use the bore caned cycle as MC9 G code list. But I could not find the way to set , only circle toolpathe , then circle mill , helical or ram they did not post with the bore can cirle ... this is very urgent , any help will be a great my appreciation .

Please,some one help me installation , I just bough MC9 9.1 afew months ago , first time i loaded the softwere on my laptop every thing worked fine , recently my laptop got coolen spilled accident , I moved the my new destop as win xp pro , pentium 4 , I've got the probem on the installation , During the installion mc9 about half way , it pop up the message as (Aladdin device driver installation utility for win 32) failed to start the aladdin device driver failed to start a service in the service manager data 0x2008007 0x20007 0x0 After the installation the mc9 could not find the sim , it alway ask to install the aladdin file , I've searching the aladdin file in mc9 cd , but could not find . Please ! help me install the mc9 , my sim # 98328, today is saturday I could contact to my local dealer ,Any helps will be a great my appreciation Thank you

Hi, I recently bough MC9 , and have problems with the toolpathe on the lathes mode. I want to cut 2 chamfer 45 deg both end , and 2 large radius groove along the OD , using round insert with .125 radius. I could not make it , used finish toolpathe turn chamfer, OD , and skim turn the two groove and chamfer again with one pass smooth . I have attached mc9 files , so you can try.I try to upload my mc9 files to cadcam files side , but the side did not open , so give me your email i will send it to you . I contacted my local dealer , running hasp9 utility , it showed that , the mill was mc 8.1 , the lathe 9.1 on the CD . So they gave me the new code update the software . It worked ok now Once again thank you very much your support teams.

I recently bough MC9.1 , I installed 2 CD as instruction and plus the key to usb port , then the only lathe software open , every time I open the mill I've alway got a warning as (Milling is not enable on SIM), Because the satuday I could not call my local mc9 software dealer . I contacted Austin dealer and gave my phone twice , they never call me back , after that I contacted Irving office twice to purchase softwere MC9 , I asked the salemen ( What softwere packet on MC9 Do you have ) He seemed did not know what it is on packet , CD , manual book or ect... He only tell me the price for only 1 person use , 2nd person use is same price. That's I talked to them Any way It worked OK now , Once again Thank you very much your support team .

Please! some one help me these , I generated 6 tool pathes or 10 passes tool pathes on rough lathe mode , After I posted with CIMCO editor , NC files showed the rough operation only 2 or 3 passes , the rest of passes as the rough of tool pathes going did not showed up in the NC files , IT's not canned cycle mode , I've tried difference draws ,and tool pathed many time , It's same thing not , It's only the rough , the rest finish , drill oprartion are ok . 2nd) How can I edit the G code and M code at starting of the tool operation into custom , Because there're some unwanted G code and M code start of operation . Or the only way is a must edit them after posted in NC file . These steps wasting a lot of time repeat things over over of time . Each machine has only a certon starting and ending operation . How can I build them as custom ? 3rd ) How can I get information G53 and G54 code on MC9? Any helps will be a great appreciation .
