Yea force of habit but the first thing i do is set all norms and all surface norms are the same.

Need knowledge! I had surfaced a form block.Generated all programs.Rough,Semi,finish. The finish was with a 5/16 ball nose.After checking the block one face was out of position .030"(to much had come off of course!).I checked the program ran the stl. compare but nothing showed up. The only way I had found out was by trying a 1/4" ball nose.All female rads were larger than 5/32. Anyone come accross this? Chris
