    Ahh, thank you JoshC. I think this must be my issue as Mastercam 2018 HLE runs just fine on my desktop without having to turn off(disable) hardware acceleration. I will look into getting an external GPU for my laptop to fix this issue, until then I will use my desktop for mastercam.

    Yep, I am having this same problem. Whenever I double click or right click on a tool in the tool manager and then go to the "edit tool" option MasterCAM freezes and I need to shut it down and restart.
