Trying to do a 5 axis swarf for the first time.I picked the bottom contour and then the top contour and I keep getting an error upper and lower snycs don't match.Can someone point me in the right direction what the reason is for this.

I have a file with holes on the outside diameter.They are showing up as nurb splines.I am trying to do a 5 axis drill toolpath.Trying to convert spline to arc using edit-simplify but it does not convert(trying to make arc so I can draw line to centerpoint and use points/lines).Any sugesstions?

I just recieved a new post,mmd., and ctl. files for my machine but I can't seem to get it to take in my MX2.I keep getting SELECTED MACHINE DOES NOT HAVE A VALID MACHINE AXIS.I have a valid MMD. file.Am i doing something wrong?

Hey Guys, Need to set up a new machine definition for a 5 axis trunion table.I am a little confused on what to select for for my A axis(Table trunion) and where to put it. Any help would be appreciated.

just put a flat top on it and it worked just like i wanted it to.Who would of thunk it.Thanks guy i messed with this all morning.I put a top on it but i called it a check surface

Let me try to explain this as easily as possible.Trying to rough and finish outside of part with surface contour but it keeps going to the inside instead of the outside.I am using a containment chain but it kinds of ignores it.Hard to desribe with out posting to the ftp I know.Any solutions or something I should try.
