    I used the configure option in Flashcut.... can't remember exactly but I had restrictions put on the arc movements in Flashcut. I use a plasma and laser cutter and now have no problems. It has something to do with max. arc feedrate if my memory serves me right (it doesn't serve me right most of the time). Good luck
