Weird electrical cabinet problem

So 9n the middle of a cut our pc4 alarmed out and said there was no spindle amp. So we go in back and everything looks ok at first glance. A restart didn't help.

 

On closer examination one of the fiber optic daisy chains between the drives had some how worked itself into the fan on the door and got chopped in half. The cabinet hasn't been opened in months. Very weird.

Probably got an infestation of cabinet gnomes. A rare species never seen in person but known to unplug important cables on expensive machinery. Good luck!
