Hello All ,how I can crate 5 axis packet tollpath on this part

The important thing to remember is that it wants to remove stock, so it has to get that volume from somewhere.  Your best bet is always to give it stock from a stock model or just select an actual model. 

The other thing to know is that it's always normal to the floor surface (the tool points to the floor). 

Here's an example of an extremely simple go at it.  Feel free to give me a call if you need a hand.

Yes, but you might need a containment boundary, or it will try to cut more than you intend.   Just create a curve at the top of your stock and choose that.
