Machine Sim Tool and Workpiece Size Error

I'm setting up our machine simulation to match a new machine (DNM 4500)  Everything seems to be looking good except the tool and the workpiece or both comically larger than the machine. Any folks know what's going on here? My first though was some sort of metric/inch confusion but the STL files that the machine simulation is based on all measure correctly.

I made a DNM4500 Machsim and it worked fine. What solid model did you use for the machine?

there is a metric/inch flag in the xml for the machine if the parts are the wrong scale

I used the CAD model provided by our distributor.
