Keyboard Shortcut - Offset Chains

Trying to set up a keyboard shortcut for another programmer to Offset Chains. Using Customize Ribbon and selecting Keyboard Shortcuts, all I can find is Offset and it defaults to single entity without a way to change to select chains.

On my computer, if I click Offse then mouse-over Offset Chains it says it's assigned to ALT-E, which it is. But the other computer doesn't have anything assigned. My guess is he assigned something else to ALT-E and it overwrote the ribbon. Is there a way to get it back.

The easiest way to reset all is to right click on the ribbon, choose "Customize ribbon", then reset All.  if you'd like to just reset that one, find it in Wireframe > Offset Chains:

Looks like 2020 doesn't have that option. Will try Reset All.
