Transform->Rotate: How do I change/select the axis?

I would like to rotate my model around the X axis since it has  imported wrong from a Solidworks  .step file.

I can only rotate around the Z axis and see no buttons or box to change the axis of rotation.

I have seen a number of Mastercam tutorials on how to use Transfrom->Rotate and not a single one shows how to rotate around a different axis.

Any help, greatly appreciated.

Make sure you are in the “Right Gview plane” then select Transform rotate.

Or use Dynamic transform.

Dynamic Transform has always been my go to for repositioning. It seems to make more sense intuitively.

Looks like you're in 2d mode. Switch to 3d.
