What levels are the geometry in for these types of processes?

I learned the trick of analyzing entities from the chain manager, but how about for optirough and drilled holes?

Turn all levels on

In the Toolpath Manager, enable "Only display associative geometry"  The icon looks like a small red square

Select a toolpath,

Everything should disappear except the geometry used in that toolpath

Analyze the visible geometry

(I turned on all levels when I started typing this reply) Thanks Tom. I hate using this method on some of our bigger files (most of them are really big, sadly)

Is there another way? I've got over a thousand levels with probably a hundred thousand entities and it's taking forever to display everything. (Still waiting)

I don't think so

Maybe make intuitive decisions on which levels to turn on so you are nor searching everything

try making sure shading is off before you turn everything on
