Generic Fanuc 5X mill wrong X Y Z posittion

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I got a trouble in Generic Fanuc 5X mill post with 5X toolpath. Post processor output X Y Z coordinate are not correct as WCS Top plane as I chose in Master cam. But When I try with Haas UMC-750 5X Mill post that changed parameter same Generic Fanuc 5X mill post. Result is Hass UMC-750 5X mill output  correct X Y Z coordinate with Mastercam coordinate . I compared with post from CAMplete and result is Hass UMC post is same with CAMplete. I will show picture as below

That is big different X Y Z coordinate with Hass and Camplete at one sample line that I show. Please tell me why and help me fix it in Generic Fanuc 5X mill.

Thank you very much. I really appreciate your help.

Thank you for your reply.

I found one thing as picture below

Locate C and B position first and then WCS origin changed into new origin X' Y' Z' and  post processor updated this new WCS and posted  next location (X Y Z) follow this WCS. I can  not understand why and please help me fix it.

Thank you.
