Mastercam crashing on startup

I've had two different PCs now crashing on startup every time when loading Mastercam 2024. They are both on Update 4. Mastercam logs just say "McUex: Mastercam raised an Unhandled Exception". Other PCs in the lab which are configured identically are fine. Any suggestions?

I would delete this file

"C:\Users\*** your username ***\Documents\My Mastercam 2024\Mastercam\CONFIG\Mastercam.Workspace"

and launch Mastercam

It will generate a fresh default file. This will also delete any customization you have done however.
