tool time

I want to use lathem.set setup sheet to obtain the tool time for all operation.

I set the Rapid feedrate, tool change time, the exact Feed, speed like I use on the lathe.

And I obtain a bigger time compare with the time machine.

I forgot to do something? Maybe a pray? ))

I dont think you will get the same as your machine because of factors like acceleration and deceleration.Tool change time,time for spindle to reach programed CCS or RPM.Waiting for coolant ect,ect.

Yes, I understand that; but what do you think ? How big it is the difference?

I've seen a few glitches in the lathe[m].set time estimate calcs - mainly related to NCI feeds reporting 0, and how to handle that. I've corrected a few of them in the new style HTML Setup Sheet template - 30 run trial here www.emastercam.com/tools/html/html.exe

Thanks Dave! I just downloaded and I will try it tomorow. I hope I can obtain a good tool time. Becouse right now I obtain a 20-200% erorr.
