Network Hasp

I received a red nethasp sim for our school shop and I can not get the update button to highlight when I type in the Authentication code. If I change from network to local on the second line I get a message at the bottom state that the Authentication code not found. Any suggestions?

I had a similar problem when I tried to update my USB SIM, I had to update the HASP9.EXE file.

 

Maybe you need to update the NHASP9.EXE.

you should not type in the number when using nethasp. YOu should take the word document sent to you by your reseller, save it unto your computer. Open your nhasp 9 utility click on update code file, and select the word document that was sent to you and click on open. then click on update and that should work out for you.
