FANUC 21i - Manual Guide i?

Is there any resource material available to help a person learn the Quick Cut and Manual Guide features built into the FANUC 21i used on a Cinnci VCNC? The maual supplied on CD doesn't break it down enough for a simple guy like myself.. Hell I can't even figure out how to start a file using the supplied manual. I do what it says and nothing happens? And the place that sold us the machine doesn't have any body who knows anything more than I do....

I can't believe the place that sold you the machine can't help you

It wouldn't happen if you bought it at Triad Machine Tool. They are right next to you, have great support and I bet thay can help with what you need.

LOL, probably not or Moncktons for that matter either. But we didn't so we're getting the support we deserve, I guess. You wouldn't want to stop by and give me a class on it would you?

Sorry it took me so long to answer, had to drop somebody at DIA.

As far as fanuc 21 it shouldn't be much different that 16 that I'm quite familiar with.
