Ruled surface

I am trying to use a ruled surface to machine a aluminum part on a fadal mill. The problem is the part is getting gouged in the corners because the passes overlap. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

i put the file in the ftp server in the mc9 folder as watermaker op-1.mc9. I have a feeling that the small corners ar just too small

You must use synchronization

i gave it a shot using flowline...check it out if you want its called watermaker-op1fix

He has mill level 1,JMHO, no 3d toolpathes available

Thank you both for your help. i see the file iskander made works good and as he said i dont have that much stuff in mastercam so we are linited. I do see that there might be a issue at the begining and end of the tool path. is there a way to make the begining and end overlap a bit?

this is funny. when i turn on sync in the original file it doesnt work. maybe i have to change the NCI file?

Before turning it on you must buid lines

The problem isn't the ruled surface...... It's the FADAL mill!
