Need a bit of post help here. Need G54.2 P1 output.

Greets from Boeing central (Everett,WA).

 

We are trying out the Dynamic Fixture Offset feature on our new Makino. I need to get my post to output a G54.2 P1 throughout the program. Right now I'm setup to get G54 with 0 in the work offset field of the Tool Plane / Construction Plane window.

T/P Plane button on the Tool Parameters Page of an Operation

 

At offset, a number of 6 will give you P1, 7, P2, 8, P3, etc...

Metalflake , you may have to change that in the post. Just search in your post for G54, and then where necessary change it to G54.2

One other note, maybe copy your post before hand and save it with a name related to G54.2 so that you know what your output is going to be.

Look for this line (Mpmaster) and change the G54.1 to G54.2...
