4th Axis help

I placed a file in the mc9 directory called ROTATION TRIAL1.mc9. I am trying to lay tool paths to this file. i have been able to handle the larger slots using transform, rotate. The smaller slots I created a WCS for each one yet when I post it using a Fadal 4th axis post I am only getting 1 rotation to A0. I am wondering if I have missed something in setting the paths or if this might be a post problem. Anyone who can take a look at this at point me in a direction, it would be much appreciated.

I've noticed, at least with this set-up, that since each slot has a WCS of it's own, I get a new "E" for each rotation. So I have a 2 fold question I guess. If I created a new plane for each operation would I still generate these extra "e" #'s, and how do you create a new plane for each operation? I figured out Hardmill's WCS tutorial pretty easily, is this something similiar?

You use Cplane/Tplane to create construction and tool planes. I commonly use Cplane-Rotate and rotate the plane around the machine axis of rotation. On new style posts, this will still generate additional Ex's or G5x's. You need to go into the WCS system and set the 'Work offset' to 0 for the first fixture offset. Our Mastercam Intermediate Mill training class covers all of these kinds of things. Give us a call.
