Modify Tool Plane Axis

Hi Friends,

 

I have added few operation using Chooks and while adding operation I set X and Y axis direction of Tool Plane along some default direction

 

Is this posible me to modify manually direction of X and Y axis for perticular Tool Plane?

So than output CNC code of operation assigned to this plane are get modified according to new X and Y direction.

But I want to change X and Y axis diretion of existing Tool Plane

Ok ,Ajit ,so Rotate c-plane ,save it ,than select as your Wcs

Could also rotate geometry to new X Y direction.I would personally make a new Tplane then in Toolpath paremeters select the new Tplane for the toolpaths you want changed and then Regen.

Just curious : in your c-hook can you set a dialog to creat t/plane- c/plane (by entities ,for example )

You mean when I am setting T-Plane and C-Plane I should ask user about X and Y direction.

 

Presently I am setting X and Y axis for view using following matrix for six faces

 

real mx[6][9] = {

{1,0,0,0,1,0,0,0,1},

{1,0,0,0,0,1,0,-1,0},

{1,0,0,0,-1,0,0,0,-1},

{0,-1,0,0,0,1,-1,0,0},

{0,1,0,0,0,1,1,0,0},

{-1,0,0,0,0,1,0,1,0}};

Yes ,like set x direction by :select by two points ,after that you can calculate angle and

rotate your matrix
