I guess you would call this an 'Easter Egg'. Seems like a debugging tool from the Mastercam boys/girls.

Open your Operation Manager. Hold down the control key and the shift key at the same time. Now double-right-click your mouse on the Operation Manager window anywhere other than over the operation list. A dialog with 10 options appears - the first (and most useful) one is dumping the contents of the binary nci to a file and display it.

Don't know what the other ones are used for...

They are various options for getting a dump of the binary .NCI, and have been there since 8.0 (although not with as many options). They are GREAT for post editing, or for finding bad toolpath info ($$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ in your peck increment field in a drill/counterbore toolpath for instance).
