Editing materials library

I am wondering if there is an easy way to edit the materials library for better feeds and speeds on tools. Currently I am under material definition, but I am having trouble editing the percentages. Maybe there is a better way of doing it than what I am trying. Any help will be appreciated

Click on Nc Utilites/Def.Matls

Right click to choose from Library.

Pick the material you want to editand right click on it.

Highlight the operation type you want to Edit.Then press the Enter key and type in the new percent you want to use.

Note you can use over 100% in your values.

It takes and uses the base rate and multiplies by that number, or divides by it.
