Im a new user to the japax, trying to wire 6" thick aluminum and breaking wire like crazy. Ive tried "compeed" steel cored wire and it cut down on breaks by %50. But my max feed rate is only .03 in/min. Is there any parameter settings i should try. I start with: on-10, off-15, Ip-8, V-5, F-.02, OC-0, then first increase V-8, if no break i turn on the OC-1, up the feed to .03 and it goes for about 15-30 mins then breaks. there might be some problem with either the power supply or some flushing pressure variance. I welcome any japax users to reply. banghead.gif
