Using chain mask with modify/drag

Recommended Posts

Jeremy, I noticed that when i select 'window' the default setting is set to "In+intr". If left there all entities are selected. change it to "Inside" only, and it should work. This may be a minor bug, because if i repeat this action, it defaults to In+intr again.

Jeremy,

I just duplicated your problem and I dont know if its the green or not! Change your color, screen- change colors- then select entities-done. Then I went modify-drag-window-set mask make sure in your attributes your color box is selected, and then pick your color and hit ok.Then I chose inside and rectangled the whole works. Only the color I have masked is highlighted for me.But with the color green it highlighted everything.

Whats up with that?

Just try changing your color of what you want and set your new mask color to that and I believe it will work.

hth,

Brian

I think I was in such a hurry to try and help Jeromy that when I was running through the steps, I forgot to change it to inside, and not inside and intersecting. That probably would be the reason I duplicated it. +1 to camguy. It dosent seem to have anything to do with the color.

Wow talk about feeling like a horses a**.

Some day I will get it right!

Brian
