Shouldn't take too long. Take a block of aluminum. Rough out and then slowly cut a perfect 2" dia boss. Cut it twice to make sure there's no deflection. Now you clean the part completly and start to increase the Feed until you see it pull a chip.

 

Your trying to determine at what feed does the acceletation overide the accuracy of the cut. Then you put in the Diameter of the boss and the Feedrate into Mastercam and it tells you the Gforce for your machine. Save that under your machine name and do the next one.

 

I suppose you could spend an hour on each machine.
