arc converted to line segments tolerance in post

I did a search on this but still am not sure of the answer.

 

My machine doesn't do arcs well, so I have my post set to point-to-point output. The post is modified MPFan. However, the line segments it's breaking the arcs into are too large in small radii(0.005 rads). What tolerance controls the line segment length? Is it something in the post, or one of the filter settings in M'cam?

In the PST you could try setting 'chord_tol : (some value)'

 

It is very possble that you will not find 'chord_tol' in your PST as it has a default value (0.0005 Inch or .01 metric), so you will need to add it.

I added chord_tol : 0.0002 to my post and ran the electrode I was messing with this morning. It seemed to work well and didn't add any noticeable posting time. Thanks.
