cutter comp control-->strange feed rates

I've been programming all my parts for the last two years in G-code and have only been using MC for a short bit now. I've always programmed my parts with G41's as I use a lot of reground tooling (buddy owns 4 Walter grinders) I did a search on "cutter comp control" and read what I could. I'm using the MPMASTER post and it spits out feed rates for a simple contour from F.01 to F18156.5!!!! I'm sure I have left a box unchecked or something but right now I have run out of ideas.

Thanks,

Steve

From what I understand about wear comp is that all the radius values in the control have to be at "0.0" and I adjust the size of the part by changing the radius by what is needed?? In MC I would just use the approximate diameter of tool and this would allow me to tweak sizes at the machine correct?
