ATI FireGL V3100 driver problems

I am having a problem with my video drivers. It is causing my Mastercam V9.1 to crash. Is there a settings Iam missing. Also the entities are disappearinging when I change views. I know they are still there because it says they are in System/Information. Layers are on nothing is masked or blanked it just doesn;t show up. Thanks in advance for any help

Do a search of the forum for the "ATI".

ATI and V9 do not play well together.

The best solution is to replace it with an NVIDIA

chipset.

Some people are successfully runing V9 on ATI

cards, bu I have no clue how they're doing it.

I havn't owned an ATI card since 1999

Verify will run slow. On big models it may be

so slow its unusable.

For average work I think the FX500/700 is adequate. If you work large solids or lots of surfaces you should consider the FX1400.
