SP1.1 Loaded and Crash?

I just upgraded the latest patch but I'm not sure if that's the problem.

 

Trying to run mill.set setup sheet (used all the time) and I am getting a bizzare error.

 

"failed to load resources from resource file please check your set up"

 

Click ok and X gets blown out.

 

Anyone else see this error?

 

This file has been giving me fits all morning. Crashes everytime I try to use shallow cuts, but every other toolpath has worked fine.

 

6 hours today and nothing to show for it really.

The toolpaths post fine. Not sure why the setup won't write.

 

The GUI setup works fine.

 

Went to another file and the mill.set worked there.

 

Pulling my hair out. They (powers that be) want all of our setup sheets to be the same format and mill.set has been modified to what they want.

We have got this error a few times and it crashes X. Anyone know anything about this, or have an idea why it happens? We aren't using setup sheets so has nothing to do with that, here atleast.
