ATI Radeon again

Much to my supprise my computer was replaced with a new 3.2 gig p4. The problem is that I wasn't given a heads up so it has an ATI Radeon X800 vidio card. I am experiancing ghosting issues . If I turn the hardware acceleration all the way down they seem to go away. Is there a driver that will work with this card or should I get them to change it for an nvidia card. My last card was an Nvidia fx 5700 and it seemed to work ok. Any help would be appreciated.

I just had the same issue and no matter what I tried different problems kept arrising. So I replaced it with a Quatro FX which has given me diferent problems lol but still bettr than the ATI

Ghosting on what, exactly? Also, are we talkin' V9 or X?

Noel, What version of MC. I don't know about X but there is a patch that works for V9 that might fix your problem. Check your mail.

On the FTP under unspecified uploads is a zipped file called GL. Unzipp the 2 files into Mcam directory and ATI should work properly.

I can only speak for myself but this has fixed the ATI on my works computer and a freinds computer. Might be worth a try.

Sorry for being so vauge. I am running 8.1.1. If I select a line it highlights segmented some of the line is white some stays the original color.
