Mcam, If you have any specific problems, or "Bugs" I would be happy to take a look at them for you. I am using the X post do to the lower turret support. I still have our V9 post archived. I'm waiting for Mastercam (In-house)to make a post for the new Mazak Matrix controller for our new Integrex that is due to arrive in Feb 2007.

Glad to know the inhouse post is working good for you Billetman. we will probally be getting that soon. do you have your machine setup in t32, or standard mode? does your machine have a lower turret?

The post is setup for either standard or T32 mode. I've got a few people running the T32 mode and they are reporting back with good news.

 

You can eval the X post setup for T32 if you like. Drop me an e-mail.

I guess I should also let everone know that we (In-House and CNC) are working on a post for the Matrix control with Mazak. Two posts actually.....for the Mark IV and the e Series.

 

Not putting a timeline on it but we're pretty far along. I think we'll have a big push to the finish right after IMTS.

Thanks Brett, we got another temp post, and from what I have seen it is working, I just need to get some machine time on it, problem is that the boss dosnt want that machine to sit. I am going to talk to him today and see if he will just buy the post now that I see other people are having good success with it, I will send you e-mail after I talk to him about it.
