Where is Move Text? (in GUI setup sheet)

We use the GUI setup sheet and move text on screen to different location in version 9. In version X the move text button gives error message "Not available at this time". No.1 this function worked in version 7, 8 & 9. If it isn't available in X why is the button there?!?

 

We used this feature extensively to create cover pages for routing forms and setup sheets. We have people who progam for machine operators on multiple shifts. This feature was a great why to pass information.

Window the text you want to move and click analyze properties. There is a button under teh 123(edit text) button with 2 arrows and a mouse arrow, click on theat and your text will be moveable.

I can't window thw text in the GUI setup sheet. It is not selectable and as soon as I click on the Analyze button the text disappears.

'Move text' was accidentally (aren't all bugs accidental?) left out. I'm going to log this here and then I'll see what I can do for MR1.
