feed rate v.9

I was hoping someone may know I have a new post I am setting up. On a tool feeding at .003IPR it outputs F0. If it is at .01IPR it outputs F.01

It seems like a format problem? Any ideas or help is appreciated. Lathe v.9

It looks like your format is set to 2 places after the decimal point

That is what I thought but I can not find it. The format for feed is

fmt F 18 feed #Feedrate

and

fs2 18 .04 .03 #Decimal,absolute, 4/3 places

Should this not output 3 places?

It does not seem to matter if I put in .01 or .003, neither seem to output. Its on a straight linear move?

is the output line of the post using feed ? , fr ? , frplunge ?.

 

in other words , does the output variable name match up w/ the formatted variable name ?

I undertand some but not all that is going on.

Starting fresh with MPLFAN and will try to set up as needed. The feed problem is gone in MPLFAN. We do not have machine yet so will get close then fine tune. Its for a Milltronics Lathe ML26. I beleave it programs very close to a Fanuc anyway.
