  6. I have been trying to get rid of a post error code is good but always an error. This is a lathe post. PARAMETER DATA - The requested parameter data object was not created: Operation parameters Any help would be appreciated Thanks Don
  7. From what I am seeing the depth cut fix seems to be the reason it will only check the 1st operation. Is anyone else seeing this?
  8. ok I got rid of the errors but it is only checking 1st operation and i do have it in all three places psof$, ptlchg0$, and ptlchg$ (ptlchg_errorcheck #Check for common toolchange errors)
  9. 10. What he has is a pipe and the letter "L" is cutout thru the part if you roll the geo you can not extrude cut. He has to create a model for an outside service.
  11. Ron I know the work you put in A+++ good to see you again and glad I am back here.
  12. quote: Everyone should vote ... 1st off Code I lost my job because I missed a work around.... and a multi axis program they ran on my day off took 9hrs to run and hours of manual editing at the machine... so my vote would be a waste of time. Its funny now how little this all matters now. CNC will fix some things but so be it, companys don't want to hear about work arounds, or its a new bug they are working on it, the programmer is the one that answeres not CNC until the company has had enough and learns the truth. Until then let CNC have my vote...IDMS
  13. I did not want to say this but here goes MU1 was a big reason for my situation now, un caught errors in the program multi axis, due to my trust in the upgrade cost me dearly ya think? No new release will fix what happened here. So instead of looking for work arounds just looking for work now! We all have become beta testers and at whos expense? didn't vote you know my vote.
  14. If you use the lead in lead out and set the lead out angle at 90 degrees it will go through the part, set it at -5 degrees and it will retract properly.
  15. If I use the same tool in dynamic mill then a contour pass it would be very usefull if the color would change that way I know the contour pass is cleaning up.
  16. quote: Change your leed out angle to like -5 degrees and it will work Like I said before check your lead out angles
  17. Change your leed out angle to like -5 degrees and it will work
  18. And why can't you have the option to change colors on every operation if wanted?
