Failed to load resources

we have got this message "Failed to load resources from resource file please check your setup" a few times on different files in X, and it crashes.

 

Anyone else seen this error, or have an idea what is causing it? I have tried to chase it down but can't pinpoint it. BillH had mentioned it in another post and thought it had to do with his setup sheet, but we aren't using setup sheet and this doesn't seem to be the problem.

Not too sure there Randy. I had only seen it trying to run a setup sheet. What were you in the process of doing?

 

besides testing video card abilities with Quake???

One more bump in case someone who has insight to this error message may see it today.

 

I haven't had the error myself, but my programmer has had it crash him a few times, and I said I would look into it.
