MC X Locked up

I am getting an error(Function not responding to MC_EXITFUNC request)with MasterCam X especially when ending verification mode. It completely disables all functions, I can't even exit.??? I have to end task to get out of it.

TRy setting your hardware acceleration up on your video card. (oppsite running 9).

I'll try that. still having quiet a few issues using MCX especially with the post files. The first thing, it's not generating the correct file name on the header. ?????

Since you weren't specific on your file name problem I'll guess here.

 

You should be setting your desired nc file name in the Op manger. Clcik on files there is a box in there to set it. You can also highlight all your ops and right click and change nc file name that way.

I've seen this 5-6 times during training with 2 of my students using the same PC spec. I can't seem to repeat the problem when I do it. can you reproduce the problem? how did you do it?
