Importing tool paths

Ok I imported a stock mastercam x surface rough pocket. I checked assign system current tool and construction planes then inported tool path. The problem is that none of the toolpaths that I inported generate a workoffset G54 g55 ect. even if I go back and set an ofset in the operational parameters page. What am I missing here?

Did the imported file contain special WCS planes?

No the only wcs planes I am using is top, bottom and right side.
