Hello everyone,

I'm using a 2D contour toolpath to cut a profile

along one side of a part that I'm machining,

My problem is when my tool gets to the end of the chain it rapid's up and then across to begining of the chain (wasting time)How can I make the tool step down at the end of the chain. (so the tool is cutting in both directions.

Hope this is understandable.

Thanks

Wait aminute just reread,

I think you are going to have to draw geometry on the side you are cutting and chain it so it works back and forth while stepping dowen
