When I try to perform an extrusion cut down the side of my solids part, then shade it, MasterCam9 crashes. I've made this same panel 6 times before this without any problems (different sizes though) now I'm stumped. I also tried to sweep cut it. Seems to only crash when turning shading on AFTER the cut....or if shading is alreaady active, it crashes during the cut. Does this happen to you to? Any ideas?

 

Below is the file if anyone want to give it a go. The profile giving me trouble is the BLUE one.
