RH Isometric View

Isometric view goes to LH (in car position) by defalt.

Any way to create a RH Isometric view?

I'm in automotive body - just need quick way to flip views.

This is how I do it in 9.1- Rotate your drawing to the angle that you want to view it by using Dynamic spin, click on "Gview" at the bottom of the main menu, click on "Named", this will bring up a view menu, now you can save that view and name it what ever you want. Then when you want to recall that view you can go back to Gview-->Named--> then pick the view OR you can go to Gview-->Number--> and type the number in which you saved the view under.

From the TOP view, rotate +45, then rotate (Y out) -54.73561.

From the Top view:

Gview, Rotate, About Z, +45

then: Y+up, -54.73561

ok, just to answer my own question, I have uploaded an mc9 file to the Mc9 files dir

called RH_isometric_view.mc9.

If you open Mastercam, you can import the named view (from this file) from the job setup, or the wsc manager.

Excellent.

If I wanted to create front RH and front LH isometric views I can use varients of these numbers & axis'.

Then I'll have all 4 Isometric views (not counting bottom).

I created the complete set of 3 other isometric views with the Mastercam race car file at the origin.

I uploaded it to FTP - "Training_files" folder.

Its called "4_ISOMETRIC_VEIWS_CAR.MCX".
