I was wondering if anyone had an example of a part done on a horizontal w/ a rotary axis. I have a profile I need to machine that needs to be surface machined using the rotary axis, basicly all 4 axes machining at the same time.

no one? really? I looked in the FTP folder and i found a couple but none were machining with the B axis, they were all indexing. this would be machining on the inside and outside of a part w/ .1 wall thickness and a 5.5 rad 135 degrees.
