Is it possible to set a default graphics view and construction plane (+d+z) that will be set automatically when opening a specific machine?(Lathe)

That should be doable using different config files and starting MCAX with a different config callout where on the Strat/Exit page in system confgiurations you can set a default plane

Agreed, it seems so logical when switching between lathe and mill.

Hello Folks

 

This is a great idea and one that came up on this the forum a while back. We had it on the schedule to be included in XMR2 but it has now been moved to X2 due to scheduling conflicts. This will be available in the X2 release.
