Hi Eric

We're coming up on 5yrs with our router. It's a great machine and has done just about everything we've needed. It's dedicated to trimming production parts and we've just gone to a 2nd shift with some rumblings of adding another Quintax.

I still get on the machine to setup and prove out new trim programs, cut aluminum molds, foam patterns and other special projects. Mostly 'nights and weekends' work.

At first startup, I had a steep learning curve tackling Mastercam, post processors and a 5-axis machine all at once, but things are running smooth now.

I see you still get to use Mastercam. What type of machines are you running? Do you still have a Quintax?

Actually My Current Employer bought out our plant in Western NY and had it all shipped down here to Elkton VA.

So I have all our equipment plus a Komo 3 axis 5' x 10' with aggregate drill heads and a Multicam 5' x 10' 3 axis router and my boss just bought (3 months ago) a 200 watt 80" x 120" laser from Multicam.

We are having some problems with the laser portion saying in alignment but it is cool to cut with light.
